Cancellation Policy – The Hub

At The Hub by RITWA, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for all guests while allowing us to manage workspace availability efficiently.


Individual Workspace Bookings


  • More than 24 hours before your booking: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
  • 6–24 hours before your booking: 50% refund or one-time complimentary rescheduling (subject to availability).
  • Less than 6 hours before your booking: No refund. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
  • No-show: No refund or credit will be issued. 

Meeting Rooms & Private Spaces


For meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, or private bookings:
  • 48 hours or more before the booking: Full refund or rescheduling.
  • 24–48 hours before the booking: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund.

Rescheduling


Guests may request to reschedule their booking once without additional charges if the request is made within the applicable cancellation window and the new time is available..

Late Arrival


Your booking will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
After this period, the booking may be released to other guests, and no refund will be provided.

Early Departure


Leaving before the booked time ends does not qualify for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations by RITWA


If The Hub is unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose either:
  • A full refund, or
  • A complimentary rescheduled booking at a mutually convenient time.

How to Cancel


Bookings can be cancelled through:
  • Your booking confirmation email
  • The RITWA website
  • By contacting our team during operating hours
